If you’re feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed by worry, or stuck in a cycle of overthinking, I know it can feel like a lot to carry every day.
Anxiety can make you feel overwhelmed by worry, or stuck in a cycle of overthinking, while depression makes you feel unmotivated and disconnected from the things you once enjoyed.
Maybe you struggle with self-doubt, with harsh self-criticism, or feel like you’re not enough. Perhaps you find yourself avoiding situations, overanalyzing conversations, or feeling distant from the people around you.
Together, we’ll work to break these patterns, helping you manage overwhelming emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop coping strategies that support your well-being.
In a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, you can explore what you’re going through, build resilience, and regain a sense of direction and balance.

Experiencing loss—whether through bereavement, miscarriage, child loss, the end of a relationship, loss of community, or financial hardship—can leave you struggling to make sense of a reality that has suddenly shifted. Loss has a way of reshaping our lives, often creating a clear divide between "before" and "after." In the midst of this shift, grief unfolds in deeply personal and complex ways—no two people experience it the same.
I offer a supportive space to process deep emotions and explore feelings that can be difficult to put into words—ones that may feel isolating but are deeply understood in this work. Together, we’ll navigate your experience at a pace that feels right for you, finding meaning and a path forward in a way that honors your unique journey.

Trauma has a way of lingering—not just in memories, but in the body, in relationships, and in the way we see ourselves and the world, making safety feel out of reach, even in moments of calm. PTSD and C-PTSD can leave you feeling disconnected, emotionally numb, or caught in patterns of self-protection that once kept you safe but now feel limiting.
Religious trauma can add layers of guilt, shame, or fear, making it challenging to separate your own values from those that were imposed on you. It can also make it difficult to recognize your own voice beneath the one shaped by past experiences.
Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your experiences with care and compassion so you can begin to understand your triggers, rebuild a sense of safety, and reconnect with your authenticity—not just who trauma taught you to be, but who you truly are.

Life’s biggest questions—about meaning, purpose, and what lies beyond—can evoke deep emotions, from curiosity to existential fear. Spirituality can offer a deeper sense of perspective, meaning, and purpose in our lives. It’s like stepping back from a painting to see the full picture rather than getting lost in a single brushstroke. It expands your sense of self by deepening your connection to the world and whatever lies beyond it. It invites curiosity, much like opening a window to let in fresh air—allowing new ideas, perspectives, and ways of understanding life to flow in.
In therapy, spirituality can be a valuable lens for understanding personal struggles, making sense of change, and finding comfort in uncertainty. Conversations about belief, doubt, or existential concerns are welcome in our work together, whether you adhere to a specific faith or not.
I work with people from all faiths, as well as those without a faith, including atheists and agnostics. I was raised Christian until, in early adulthood, I began questioning and exploring other traditions. Over the past 15 years, I’ve studied Buddhism, Hindu philosophical schools including Vedanta, Yoga, Ayurveda, and South American indigenous religions and spirituality.
While I don’t offer spiritual guidance, I recognize its importance in shaping one’s sense of self and place in the world. If spirituality is part of what you’d like to bring into therapy, I offer space for that conversation.

Do you find yourself replaying conversations in your head, wondering if you said the wrong thing? Do you hold back from speaking up, afraid of being judged or dismissed? Maybe you’ve always struggled to feel confident in yourself, second-guessing your choices and worrying about how others perceive you.
Moving through the world with low self-esteem or lack of assertiveness can feel exhausting—constantly filtering your words, overanalyzing your actions, and fearing the discomfort of being truly seen. You might shrink yourself to avoid conflict, say “yes” when you mean “no,” or struggle to take up space in a way that feels natural and unapologetic.
If this feels familiar, know that self-doubt isn’t who you are—it’s a learned pattern, and patterns can change. Together, we can work on shifting the way you see yourself, strengthening your confidence, and helping you move through life with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
