About Me
Experience
My practice is a sanctuary for those grappling with life’s challenges—whether you’re dealing with loss, navigating significant life changes, or struggling with disruptions in emotional, psychological, or social well-being. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment, encouraging you to explore your experiences and find healing through self-alignment. My work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity, tailored to resonate with your unique life narrative.
Although being a therapist is a newer role for me, I have spent the past decade guiding, coaching, and supporting individuals through transformation. My own journey includes fifteen years of personal experience navigating loss, healing, acculturation, identity shifts, and finding purpose. This lived experience shapes my approach, allowing me to connect deeply with the challenges my clients face and the resilience they carry.
I specialize in helping clients who are asking, “What’s next?”—those seeking to make sense of pain, loss, or uncertainty, and who are ready to rediscover themselves and move forward. I approach therapy with a holistic lens, focusing on the intricate dance between mind, body, and spirit. This integrated exploration helps uncover paths to fulfillment and purpose, offering my clients a way to achieve holistic well-being.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the corporate world for many years. I then transitioned into owning a yoga studio and healing center, where I led yoga and meditation classes, women’s healing circles, rites of passage rituals, and workshops. Then, I shifted into working more directly with women as a birth & postpartum doula and health coach, supporting them through health challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and other transformative phases of life.
As a first-born Latina and first-generation American, I understand the complexity of balancing multiple identities and navigating between cultures. Growing up between two different countries and languages gave me a unique perspective on diversity, adaptability, and the creation of an authentic sense of self.
If you’re ready to explore the next chapter of your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can uncover the clarity, healing, and purpose you’re seeking.
