Therapy is a sacred sanctuary—a space set apart from the demands of daily life, where growth and transformation unfold. It is a space where safety meets challenge, where you’re invited to face what holds you back, tap into your inner wisdom, and engage with the forces of change that lead you toward healing and self-discovery
Natalie Pimenta, MA, APCC
Psychotherapist
I am a trilingual Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals as they navigate life’s many transitions. Whether you’re grieving, becoming a mother, facing a career shift, managing a chronic illness, or seeking clarity in the midst of change, my mission is to empower you to embrace your authenticity, reclaim your autonomy, and create a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Although being a therapist is a newer role for me, I have spent the past 10+ years guiding, coaching, and supporting individuals through transformation. My own journey includes 15 years of personal experience navigating loss, healing, acculturation, identity shifts, and finding purpose. This lived experience shapes my approach, allowing me to connect deeply with the challenges my clients face and the resilience they carry.
I specialize in helping clients who are asking, “What’s next?”—those seeking to make sense of pain, loss, or uncertainty, and who are ready to rediscover themselves and move forward. I approach therapy with a holistic lens, focusing on the intricate dance between mind, body, and spirit. The mind helps us understand our thoughts, patterns, and beliefs; the body communicates through sensations and reflects our health; and the spirit connects us to our deeper purpose and inner wisdom. This integrated exploration helps uncover paths to fulfillment and purpose, offering my clients a way to achieve holistic well-being.
My practice is a sanctuary for those grappling with life’s challenges—whether you’re dealing with loss, navigating significant life changes, or struggling with health issues. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment, encouraging you to explore your experiences and find healing through self-alignment. My work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity, tailored to resonate with your unique life narrative.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as an International Analyst in the corporate world for over a decade, where I honed my understanding of resilience and reinvention. Later, I transitioned into owning a yoga studio and healing center, where I led meditation classes, women’s healing circles, rites of passage rituals, and workshops. As a doula and health coach, I worked closely with women navigating health challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and other transformative phases of life.
As a first-born Latina, first-generation American and graduate student, I understand the complexity of balancing multiple identities and navigating between cultures. Growing up between two different countries and languages gave me a unique perspective on diversity, adaptability, and the creation of an authentic sense of self.
If you’re ready to explore the next chapter of your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can uncover the clarity, healing, and purpose you’re seeking.
